Tired of being outwitted by the Humor Elite? Combat attitude with latitude. Extend your arsenal of puns and word game abilities!

Punthaurus.com was born out a game that two college roommates used to play. Being of like mind and wit, the goal was simple: Choose a topic and see how many puns could be created based on it. Although there are other websites dedicated to puns in general, this site will be useful in honing your skills as a wordsmith. We'll provide a topic every month, you provide your best effort at punning it.

Ultimately we hope to build a database of topics and their related puns that you can search for various reasons. Writers in Hollywood are always looking at ways to twist words for comedic payoff in your evening sitcoms. And if you are ever caught in a war of puns, build up your repitiore of crafty word plays and destroy your competition. Look for this feature in late 2010 or sometime in 2011.
